No matter how busy you are and how badly you want to just pop into the bridal shop and pick up your dress on your own, you REALLY need a friend or your mom to go with you and be taught exactly how the bustle should be properly attached or you’re almost guaranteed it isn’t going to stay in place through the first dance.

The brides are horrified, and nothing in the world can undo it.
